Changes in this version
Version subscription-2026-10-14-v2 renames the paid plan from AnalytIQ Pro to Pascal Pro and this policy from the AnalytIQ Subscription Policy to the Pascal Pro Subscription Policy. The price, limits, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are unchanged from version subscription-2026-09-29-v1.
Free
Free costs $0. It includes public Team Ratings, games and data experiences, Pascal Research & Insights, public Pick Leaderboards, supported public/shared models, one active purpose-specific model across all sports, model picks and normal performance tracking, and Decision Journal. Archived models do not count toward the active-model limit. Historical backtesting is not included.
Pascal Pro
Pascal Pro costs $19 USD per month. It includes Free functionality, up to ten active purpose-specific models across all sports, 25 chargeable completed historical backtests per billing month, retained historical backtest results and analysis, and advanced diagnostics where available. Archived models do not count toward the active-model limit. Modeling and backtesting are not unlimited.
Billing and renewal
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for checkout, recurring subscription billing, customer billing management, payment lifecycle management, and applicable transaction-level sales-tax or VAT handling. Pro renews monthly until canceled. Paddle may collect applicable taxes during checkout.
Backtest allowance
Only a successfully completed historical backtest consumes the monthly allowance. Validation failures before execution, infrastructure failures, and other system-caused failures do not consume it. Limits are product terms and may change only through a newly versioned policy and product disclosure.
Failed payments and cancellation
A failed payment receives a three-day grace period before paid capabilities are restricted. Billing details and cancellation are managed through Paddle’s hosted customer portal. When Paddle schedules cancellation for period end, Pro access continues through that paid period unless another verified lifecycle event changes the subscription.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case and require founder approval. AnalytIQ does not promise automatic refunds. Contact hello@pascalinitiative.com with the account email and do not send payment-card data, passwords, or access tokens.
Beta and administrative access
Temporary beta and administrative grants are AnalytIQ entitlements, not paid Paddle subscriptions. Existing beta grants are normally 30 days and may be renewed manually. They do not prove payment or count as subscription revenue.
Product boundary
AnalytIQ provides analysis and recordkeeping tools. It does not place wagers or promise profit, improvement, model availability, or a particular result. Private models and Decision Journal evidence remain private unless separately and explicitly shared.
