AnalytIQ beta privacy notice

Data we use
Account authentication data, tenant-owned strategies and immutable versions, backtests, recorded decisions, wager evidence you choose to enter, and operational metadata needed to run and support the beta.
Performance Analysis
AnalytIQ calculates metrics internally. When you request a report, a configured third-party AI provider receives only minimized structured statistics. We exclude account identity, email, notes, decision history, raw wager amounts, and raw provider payloads. The report is interpretation, not a forecast.
Product health and feedback
Product-health measurement uses allow-listed event names and aggregate counts. It must not include email, strategy definitions, decisions, wager details, forecast evidence, or report content. Feedback opens your email client; you control what you send.
Retention and public records
Private beta data is retained while the account is active and during reviewed export or deletion processing. Verified-public forecasts and lifecycle corrections are permanent append-only evidence under ADR 0007 and cannot be removed or rewritten when an account closes.
Your requests
Signed-in users can request export, access revocation, or deletion from Account. We acknowledge requests within one business day and verify identity before fulfillment.
